We want you to be happy with your purchase.

7-day refund

If the download doesn't work, or you are not satisfied with the book, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We will refund the full amount. No long explanations needed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Download problems

If you can't download the book, write to us first. We will send you a working link, usually the same day.

After 7 days

We can't normally refund purchases after 7 days, because the book is a digital download. If there is a genuine problem, write to us anyway.
